Ingredients:wheat flour, sugar, oat flour, buckwheat flour, rye flour, barley flour, salt, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate - baking soda), acidity regulator - citric acid.

Cooking method:

Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil;
  • 600-650 ml of warm milk;
  • Honey, berries, condensed milk, jam, sour cream — to taste;
  1. Combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
  2. Cook the pancakes on a hot, greased pan.
  3. Serve with jam, berries, sour cream, condensed milk or honey.
